Coaching involves specifically developed methodologies to guide you as you overcome obstacles, build off your strengths, and set goals to achieve success in parenting, homeschooling, health and wellness, and life. Hannah is a Health and Wellness Coach who will guide you through this process and support you in one-on-one virtual sessions. Coaching sessions work well alongside other methods such as consulting, mentoring, therapy, personal training, and continuing education.

Coaching is not therapy or consulting. I do not diagnose or treat. In coaching, I guide you in developing goals and tracking your progress, resulting in a lifestyle you are more likely to continue long after coaching sessions are over.

Hannah Mich has been a mom for 12 years and a homeschooler for almost 8 years. She has a Master's in Education in Applied Kinesiology and a bachelor’s in Exercise Science. She has over 15 years of experience in the health and fitness industry, helping people make lifestyle changes to support their goals and vision.

Staying up to date on recent research and methods is important to Hannah in order to provide you with the best support. Therefore, Hannah became a NBHWC Certified Health Coach in 2024.

You will receive (via email) electronic forms to fill out prior to the first appointment. It will take you 20-45 minutes to fill out the Wellness Rhythm and forms.
